Each parking notice is limited to one appeal and one attachment. If you are unclear as to what documentation may be accepted or how to attach your documentation, please visit our website at https://platinumparking.com/
- Do ensure that you have clearly stated your case and included any information that you want to be reviewed.
- Do not attach an image of your original notice. All that is required is your reference number which is already included.
- Do ensure that any documentation submitted is relevant to your appeal. Any irrelevant information with cause immediate denial of your appeal.
- Do ensure that any receipts or documentation have a business name along with a date and time stamp clearly displayed.
- If submitting proof of payment, please ensure that the payment receipt is that of Platinum Parking's and the full receipt is displayed in your attachment.
- If you no longer have your payment receipt, please add the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for parking.
